Carrie joined the firm as a paralegal with specific responsibilities as our company registrar. In this capacity she assists clients in the incorporation of new companies and is also able to provide services in connection with the operation of a registered office, the maintenance of statutory books, and the completion and submission of annual returns and other statutory filings to Companies House.
