Catriona Walker
Catriona is a consultant in the private client department of the firm. Having graduated with MA and LLB degrees from Aberdeen University, she went on to complete her training as a solicitor with a successful local firm of solicitors, being assumed as partner in 1981. She later left work to raise her children, but maintained legal activity lecturing and tutoring at Aberdeen University and the Scottish Agricultural College (SAC). Since then she has focussed on a wide range of private client issues. Her current role involves -
Catriona is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a Notary Public. She was OSCR's first legal secondee in 2011 and serves on the Law Society of Scotland Charity Law Committee. She is also accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in private client tax, and has trained and received accreditation as a mediator with Core Solutions.
