Margot Sinclair

Margot is an associate in the Agricultural Department of the firm. She is a graduate of Aberdeen University and joined Burnett & Reid in 2003, having previously worked in the commercial department of another Aberdeen firm and also having worked in-house for local oil service companies.

Originally from an Aberdeenshire farming background, she has over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of rural and agricultural law, including the purchase and sale of farms, estates and other rural property. In addition she has experience in windfarms, forestry, salmon fishings, farm leasing, the formation and changes in partnerships, servitude rights of access, for private water and drainage and commercial conveyancing. She also handles all legal work for a number of Estates.
