Michael McMillan

Mike is the Managing Partner of the firm and is also part of the Commercial Department. He was educated at The Edinburgh Academy and Edinburgh University before qualifying as a solicitor in 1971. Prior to joining Burnett & Reid as a consultant in 1992 he was a partner in Macdonalds.

From a farming background, Mike specialises in advising clients on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property and has broad experience in the areas of commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, company management, joint ventures, partnerships and commercial contracts.

He is responsible for the management of the firm including all IT aspects, and has considerable expertise in computer technology.
