One of those familiar faces is Lisa Jamieson, who has returned to our Residential Conveyancing team as an experienced paralegal. Having previously spent more than a decade with Burnett & Reid, Lisa’s return feels like welcoming back family, and her expertise will once again be guiding clients through one of life’s most important journeys: buying and selling their home.
We’re also delighted to welcome Viktoria Latham into our Commercial Property team as a Senior Associate. Joining us from Burness Paull, Viktoria brings extensive experience in handling complex property transactions and advising major clients. Her expertise further strengthens Burnett & Reid’s ability to provide clear, practical advice to businesses across the North-east and beyond.

Abbie Johnston has recently begun her traineeship with a focus on Criminal Law, while Leoni Proctor, having successfully completed her own traineeship, is now a solicitor in our Private Client team. Leoni will be working closely with families and individuals, offering trusted guidance on wills, succession and estate planning, and more.
We’re also celebrating the recent success of a Private Client Associate, Kudeja Shaikh, who has passed her final STEP exam with Distinction and will now hold the prestigious TEP designation. The STEP qualification is recognised worldwide as a mark of excellence in trust and estate practice, and achieving it with Distinction is a testament to Kudeja’s dedication and expertise.
