We are delighted to announce that Michael Kusznir, Senior Associate in our Private Client team, will be joining the LLP as a Member from 1st April 2025.
Michael has been an integral part of Burnett & Reid since joining the firm and brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and empathy to his role.
Specialising in Private Client law, he advises clients on a wide range of matters including wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, estate planning, and executries.
Michael is a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is known for his ability to guide clients through sensitive and complex situations with clarity and compassion.
He has a particular interest in representing individuals detailed under the Mental Health (Scotland) Acts, and is passionate about ensuring that all clients feel supported, heard, and understood, with an approach rooted in the belief that there is always a solution, no matter how complex the circumstances may initially seem.
Michael’s appointment marks an exciting step forward for us at Burnett & Reid, as we continue to grow following a successful merger earlier this year.
