Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice
As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak we have implemented a number of practical measures to mitigate virus transfer risks among staff and clients of the firm, and to maintain the provision of our services to clients without undue interruption.
One of the main measures we have taken is to ensure that client contact is restricted to those meetings which are strictly necessary, with increased reliance being placed upon telephone calls, video conferencing, and written correspondence. Also, where possible we are now using email correspondence instead of paper correspondence to reduce handling risks.
Whilst these steps do limit face to face contact with clients, they have not generally impacted on the delivery of our services, and we trust that clients will appreciate such steps have been taken in the interests of protecting staff and clients.
For those clients who are attending our offices, we would ask that you read and comply with our policies and restrictions regarding access as posted in the reception areas from time to time.
In addition a number of our employees continue to work from home on on a remote basis. Due to our investments in technology upgrades over the last few years, we are very well placed to facilitate remote working.
To streamline communication during this time, we are encouraging clients to utilise the direct dial numbers of our fee earning staff, rather than coming through the firm's switchboard. Those numbers are available on our "Team" page here.
