Our People - Land & Business

William heads up the Corporate & Commercial department and is a dual qualified lawyer in Scotland and in England & Wales.

He has been representing SME and land-owning clients on various corporate and commercial matters for over 15 years and has particular experience in development land sales.

Outside of his legal work William has an active family life and holds positions of responsibility with various charitable and faith-based activities in Royal Deeside.

Rachael has been advising public and private sector clients for over 10 years. 

Rachael strives to deliver a high-quality service, working collaboratively with clients to help them to achieve their commerical goals.

She has tutored for the Robert Gordon University and provides support and mentoring to trainees within the firm, to help shape young minds and develop our future lawyers.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys listening to audiobooks and walking her two cocker spaniels.

With over 10 years' experience, Viktoria deals with all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals and development work. She also has experience assisting with commercial leasing work for landlords and tenants.

Outside of the office, Viktoria enjoys spending time with her family in the countryside and going for long walks with her dog. 

Rachael is a Solicitor and Notary Public within our Land and Business team.

She brings valuable experience in residential conveyancing and is now expanding her expertise into commercial and rural conveyancing. Rachael is looking forward to developing her knowledge in these areas and supporting clients with clear, practical advice.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her dogs, baking and settling in with a good book. 

Laura has joined our corporate team as a paralegal. She is also undertaking the role of company registrar.

As part of the corporate team, Laura will be assisting clients on a range of corporate transactions, and she looks forward to building a strong relationship with our clients. Her company registrar function involves incorporation of companies, LLP's and providing guidance on statutory filing obligations. 

Natalie is part of our Land & Business team. Natalie previously worked within a busy commercial team supporting one of the UK's largest housebuilders. 

Natalie holds two Specialist Paralegal qualifications in residential conveyancing and Wills, Trust & Executries. 

After taking time out to raise her two girls, she is delighted to be back in practice. 

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, visting family and travelling.
