Our People - Private Client

Michael has specialised in Private Client work for over ten years and is a fully qualified member of STEP. 

Michael is committed to cutting through the legal jargon, Michael believes that there are always options available to clients even in the most complicated of circumstances.

Outside of the office, Michael is a fan of live music, books and appreciating a well aged whisky.

With over 10 years of experience, Annabelle advises individuals and families on a full range of private client matters - from Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and estates & succession planning.

With a particular interest in care home and estate planning alongside helping the elderly and vulnerable manage their affairs, Annabelle endeavours to offer a sensitive yet practical approach to matters. 

Having worked across the north of Scotland, Annabelle has advised on the succession of farms and crofts, and assisted business owners with their personal succession planning. She specialises in the administration of complex, contentious and high value estates, the preparation of tax efficient Wills, lifetime Inheritance tax planning and financial and welfare Powers of Attorney.

Kudeja has been assisting individuals for over 9 years with the preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney. She particularly enjoys assisting executors and beneficiaries with the administration of estates. 

Kudeja is a Notary Public and is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

In her free time, Kudeja particuarly enjoys hill-walking with her husband and daughter.

Kirsty qualified as a solicitor in August 2024 and specialises in Private Client work, including drafting of Wills and Power of Attorney and assisting executors with the administration of estates. 

Kirsty is also a Notary Public.

Outside of work Kirsty likes to go to the gym, spend time with friends and family and watch the Formula 1.

Leoni is our trainee solicitor that is due to qualify this year. After a varied traineeship covering Criminal Law, Family Law and Private Client. Leoni will specialise in Private Client work, assisting our clients with Wills, Powers of Attorney and working with executors in the administratoin of estates. 

Outside of work, Leoni spends time with family and friends, she also enjoys running and being outdoors wiht her dog. 

Katie joins the Private Client team as a Solicitor following a varied traineeship which provided experience across residential and commercial property, family law, and litigation. This broad legal background has given her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges clients may face at different stages of their lives.

Katie is committed to delivering a client-focused service, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. She takes pride in guiding clients through with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and supports executors and families through the administration of estates providing clear advice and support tailored to their individual circumstances.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys walking her dog and spending time with friends and family.

Wendy is the newest member of the private client team. She has been assisting clients for over 4 years with the administration of estates and the preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney.

Wendy enjoys meeting with clients and providing any assistance they require.

In her spare time, Wendy likes to spend this with family and friends and is a keen walker.
