Colin has over 25 years' experience in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area property market and leads our residential conveyancing team.

Colin likes to get to know his clients to understand what they want and prides himself on building a loyal client base that trust him to provide the advice and secure the deal they are looking for. Dealing with clients personally is important to Colin.

Outwith work you will find Colin on his bike out and about in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Neil has been helping individuals and businesses  over the past 25 years buying and selling property in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area. 

Nicola has over 20 years experience with the local residential conveyancing market. 

Nicola enjoys helping the first time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder and those that are looking to downsize as the family has now flown the nest. Nicola ensures you are supported throughout your journey working with her and there is never a silly question! The joy in this role comes from putting a smile on someone else's face and the excitement of them getting the keys to their new home. Not everything goes smoothily and in thoses cases Nicola feels it is a privlidge to be able to hold someone's hand through the difficult times and make it a little easier. The personal touch is really important to Nicola.

Outside of work, Nicola is kept busy with her two dogs.

Pam qualified as a solicitor in 1995.  She is an experienced conveyancer who specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.  Her aim is to provide a professional and friendly service, and to make the process as straightforward as possible for her clients.

Stephanie has been practising for 7 years in Aberdeen, in small to mid-size firm's where she feels that she has the opportunity to build a better relationship with the clients. Although, Stephanie has experience in a few areas of practice, she enjoys residential conveyancing the most with her favourite part being able to assist clients to get the keys to their new home.   

In her spare time, Stephanie volunteers with a local Cub pack and enjoys reading. 

Lisa gained the Specialist Paralegal qualification in Property Law through the University of Strathclyde in 2006, and has been a qualified paralegal since then.  Lisa has developed extensive knowledge and experience over the years of working as a Conveyancing Paralegal.  Lisa likes dealing with all aspects of conveyancing and has a particular keen interest in complex conveyancing transactions.  She enjoys building professional relationships with clients and other legal professionals.

Outside of work Lisa has a busy life with 2 children and a springer spaniel.  She enjoys running, eating out, live music/concerts and travelling with my family.

Leanne joined us a couple of years ago as a legal assistant and decided to study for her paralegal qualification and has attained her certificate. 

Leanne assists the solicitors in our residential conveyancing team with all aspects of conveyancing but enjoys hand holding first time buyers through the process of purchasing their first home. She also enjoys assisting clients looking to discharge their mortgage or those looking to remortgage thier house. 

Outside of work Leanne is a keen runner, and you will see her achievements on our social media channels. Leanne also enjoying eating out with her friends and family. 

Naomi has been working as a conveyancing paralegal for over 10 years. She enjoys helping first-time buyers navigate the process and giving them confidence at each stage of their first home ownership journey.  Naomi likes to build a strong relationship with her clients and is always available to answer their questions.

At the end of the workday, Naomi enjoys getting outside with her dog and playing football. 

Lauren started as a property assistant within the estate agency team and while undertaking this role, Lauren studied for and completed her paralegal certification in residential conveyancing. She then moved into the residential conveyancing team in 2021. 

Lauren enjoys meeting with clients and providing a friendly approach guiding clients throughout their property purchase and sale. 

Outside of work, Lauren spends time looking after her horse and enjoys climbing Munros.
